Who are we?
In 2019, JoStudy Ltd bought the Heart of England Study Programmes and changed its name to JoStudy English Academy. We are the partner school of Giocamondo Study, which is a world-leading travel agency in Italy.
It is a small and friendly language school operating since 1993 in Leamington Spa, which is an elegant and safe Regency town in Warwickshire. Royal Leamington Spa is a typical British town, close to Birmingham and not far from London. It is a wonderful place to stay and study, in addition to its access to the most famous cities in the UK with modern transport connections.
Thanks to the size of our school, we manage to create a personal bond with each student by fulfilling their special needs and requirements. We offer a wide range of English language junior programmes and cultural excursions for all teenage students across the world.
We have a permanent team of 4, and we recruit over 50 staff members to run our year-long junior programme.
What do we do?
Our passion is to develop global thinkers and explorers, both locally and abroad, irrespective of their upbringings and culture. We want the young pillars from all walks of life to find their voice and value, experiencing the new culture, and thinking out of the box. Most importantly, we want them to know that their opinions matter.
Throughout the year, we organise several junior programmes; namely, winter camps, mini stays, and summer camps, delivering General English based on Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

OPERATING SINCE 1993
We have offered creative, inspiring and exciting courses since 1993 and many of our students return for many years. We have been operating on the basis of good quality, providing an high level of teaching staff and supporting our students during the whole stay in UK.

Leamington is located in a central position in the UK: it is in the heart of England, an easy train and coach ride to the most important cities as London, Oxford, Cambridge, Liverpool and Manchester.
THE LAND OF SHAKESPEARE
Welcome to Shakespeare land, one of the most important tourist destinations in the UK. We live in the area where William Shakespeare, the greatest contributor to the English language, was born. By taking part to our programs you will explore the town of one of the most famous writers and playwrights and see his influence through the years. At the Heart of England Study Programmes you can combine culture with Warwickshire’s great outdoors!
INTERNATIONAL MIX
We have a very good mix of nationalities: our students come from all around the world and we have a maximum number of students from any country.
THE PEACEFUL AND SAFE TOWN
Leamington is a very safe town, small enough to make the students feel confident but big enough to enjoy and have fun. It is a cosmopolitan town of 40.000 people and it has recently been ranked the happiest place to live in Britain by the Independent newspaper. Leamington is easy to navigate so our students can get to know the town quickly and became independent in a very short time.
